  • To equalize impressions, it is recommended to rotate your mattress end to end every 2 weeks for the first 3 months of use. After that, rotate every 2 months. The mattress should not be turned over.

  • Made to Order: Your mattress is made to order in the USA.
  • Most mattresses arrive within 10-14 business days from purchase date.
  • Complimentary White Glove Delivery Included: Our trusted delivery partner carefully transports and sets up your new mattress and removes your old mattress, free of charge. No boxes, lifting or assembly required.
  • Adjustment Period: We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days before deciding if you want to start a return. The mattress needs time to relax and your body may need time to adapt to the true feel.   
  • 100-Night Trial: We think you’ll love your new mattress. But if you don’t, our 100-night sleep trial ensures a full refund within the first 100 days after purchase.
  • 180-Day Returns: If you’d like to return your mattress after 100 days, you may do so up to 180 days after purchase. However, it will be subject to a restocking fee of $150.
  • No Return Shipping Hassle: For all mattress returns, we will help arrange for pickup from your home at no additional charge.
