Orders ship from Kentucky, so please account for transit time to your address. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes.
Please note that Coyuchi only ships to addresses in the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
Shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses will be sent through the US Postal Service. Please allow extra delivery time delivery.

Looking to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?
Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well. Please select the promotional item when initiating your return here.
If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.

All trade account returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

For orders placed through any other third party, please contact your original point of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
