Please be advised that your product may have specific care instructions based on the material. You can check the care instructions on each product page for any specific recommendations for particular items.

What is your return policy?

Wash it. Wear it. Don't worry about it. We offer free returns, so if you're not in love after 30 days, send it back for a full refund or before 180 days to receive store credit.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. We typically process refunds within 10 business days of receipt. Please note, due to current order volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your refund. We appreciate your patience.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Orders placed on COYUCHI.com

You may request a return by entering your order number on this page where a prepaid QR code and hard copy return label will be generated for you.Once you've completed the request, please complete the following steps:

Prepaid UPS QR code (no printer required):

1. Pack your return items, but leave the box open/untaped.

2. Have your QR code handy on a mobile device - this will have been emailed when you generated your return.

3. Take your open/untaped package to a UPS location and present the QR code to a UPS employee. They will assist with printing a packing slip and attaching a label to the package.

OR

Print your prepaid UPS label (printer required):

1. Print the packing slip and prepaid shipping label.

2. Include the packing slip inside the return box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

3. Drop off your package at a UPS shipping hub.

You may use this UPS locator linkto find your nearest drop-off location. We suggest retaining the tracking number until the credit is received.

Coyuchi Return Policy

Return your item(s) within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return within 180 days of purchase for store credit. Items marked as “Final Sale” and purchases discounted 50% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All 2nd Home Renewed purchases are considered Final Sale.

Your return is subject to a restocking fee after 30 days.**please note, this policy applies to orders after 03/01/24. If your order was placed before this date, your order is subject to our former policy.

Gifts

Gifts purchased at COYUCHI.com will be issued a store credit. To create a return packing slip and free return label, click here.

If your gift was purchased outside of COYUCHI.com, please contact that retailer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive. You can initiate a return here. Please note, if your original item was discounted and you re-purchase that item in a different color or size (so long as the original price does not differ across sizing, i.e. apparel), we will honor the original price as a post purchase credit. Once you have placed the new order, just email us at info@coyuchi.com and we will apply the post purchase credit within 7-10 days of the new order shipping.

Will you accept my return if the item has been washed or used?

Yes, we stand behind our products and we are confident you will love them in your home. You are welcome to try everything, including washing. Our return policy applies the same to washed or used items.
