Shipping policy
Manage deliveries with UPS My Choice to keep track of your packages, arrange to pick them up at a nearby location and receive delivery notifications.
Orders ship from Kentucky, so please account for transit time to your address. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes.
Please note that Coyuchi only ships to addresses in the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
Shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses will be sent through the US Postal Service. Please allow extra delivery time delivery.
Mattress Shipping Information
The Coyuchi Natural REM Mattress ships for free via ground shipping in a 18” x 18” x 48” box. In most cases, two people will be required to move the box and set up the mattress.
Due to the size and weight of the mattress, we recommend selecting the “In-Home Setup” option at checkout. We have contracted with LoadUp as our approved service provider for this premium service which includes in-home setup in the room of your choice plus removal of your old mattress, if needed.
- If In-Home Setup is selected, you will receive an email from LoadUp upon purchase to coordinate a setup time that is convenient for you.
