Head of IT Systems & Integrations - San Francisco, CA

The Head of IT Systems & Integrations is responsible for managing the company’s tech stack and ensuring technology tools, systems and integrations operate smoothly. This role is required to be both strategic and hands-on at the same time since the Head of IT Systems & Integrations is responsible for designing the IT architecture to support the business growth, as well as  managing the day-to-day optimizations of how such systems work to reduce tech debt and complexities while evolving tech capabilities and automation. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - San Francisco, CA

We are looking for a highly analytical FP&A Manager to report to the CFO and oversee business planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting as well as assist the CFO and Leadership team with actionable data, analysis and insights for decision making. Logistics Specialist - Cincinnati, OH

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the operations team in ensuring shipments from overseas vendors are delivered to Coyuchi’s third-party fulfillment center on time and in full. This role is integral in ensuring that Coyuchi products are shipped on time from several overseas and domestic vendors, and monitoring all the logistical milestones from Ex-Factory to warehouse receipt. This position will work closely with our production, planning, merchandising teams as well as have direct contact and communication with overseas and domestic vendors, agents and freight forwarders. This is a crucial role that will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing and product launches are met and can be executed on time, while ensuring costs are in line with the business goals and objectives.

Production Associate - San Francisco, CA

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations that keeps Coyuchi global  production running smoothly. Responsibilities can range from managing production trackers, shipping and receiving packages, filing production swatches and organizing samples to maintain production timelines, providing timely feedback to vendors and checking organic documentation. This position works cross-functionally as well as with external partners to maintain the go-to-market calendar and to be in full compliance with Coyuchi's unique set of requirements. The ideal candidate has experience managing softgoods production; experience with organic, sustainable product is a plus! A successful candidate will be an effective problem solver and project manager with a strong sense of urgency who views challenge as opportunity.
