Refund policy

180 Days to Change Your Mind: You have up to 180 days to return most items (a few exceptions apply) for a refund or store credit.

Within 30 days of purchase, either:
  • Get your money back: We'll refund the full value of your purchase to your original payment method after receiving your return.
  • Get store credit: Use the full value of your purchase toward anything in our store.

After 30 days of purchase:
  • Ship your returned item(s) back to us: Upon receipt of return, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return, minus a $15 restocking fee.
  • Return your item in-person at our Point Reyes, CA store: You'll receive store credit for the value of your return, and we’ll waive the restocking fee.

Refund exceptions: Items marked as “Final Sale” and purchases discounted 50% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Mattress Returns:
We think you’ll love your new mattress. But if you don’t, our 100-Night Sleep Trial ensures a full refund within the first 100 days after purchase. If you’d like to return your mattress after 100 days, you may do so up to 180 days after purchase. However, it will be subject to a restocking fee of $150. 

For all mattress returns, we will help arrange for pickup from your home at no additional charge. Mattress returns are not available through our self-service portal.

All 2nd Home Renewed purchases are considered Final Sale.

Gifts
Gifts purchased at COYUCHI.com will be issued a store credit.  To create a return packing slip and free return label, click here. If your gift was purchased outside of COYUCHI.com, please contact that retailer.
 
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive. You can initiate a return here.
Please note, if your original item was discounted and you re-purchase that item in a different color or size (so long as the original price does not differ across sizing, i.e. apparel), we will honor the original price as a post purchase credit. Once you have placed the new order, just email us at info@coyuchi.com and we will apply the post purchase credit within 7-10 days of the new order shipping.
