If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our trade support team at email@example.com with your order number to discuss return options. All trade account returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.
For orders placed on J. Crew, Anthropologie, and Madewell, please contact our wholesale team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure accurate processing. For orders placed through any other third party, please contact your original point of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
