Return any item* within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return within 1 year of purchase for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s). Even if it's been washed or worn.

Please Note: Due to current order volume, please allow for extended processing and delivery. Returns and refunds processed during this period will also be delayed.

How to Return

1. Coyuchi.com customers click 'Start Return'. For all Trade, Designer, or Third Party accounts, please reference below for complete return instructions.

2. Include completed return form in your package.

3. Retain tracking information until credit is received.

*PLEASE NOTE: Made to order items are not eligible for return.

Looking to exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?

Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well. Please select the promotional item when initiating your return here. 

If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.

Please absorb any unused product into your stock for use in future projects. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our trade support team at design@coyuchi.com with your order number to discuss return options. All trade account returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

For orders placed on J. Crew, Anthropologie, and Madewell, please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@coyuchi.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure accurate processing. For orders placed through any other third party, please contact your original point of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
