Manage deliveries with UPS My Choice to keep track of your packages, arrange to pick them up at a nearby location and receive delivery notifications.

Orders ship from Kentucky, so please account for transit time to your address. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes.

Please note that Coyuchi only ships to addresses in the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses will be sent through the US Postal Service.  Please allow extra delivery time delivery.

Mattress Shipping Information

The Coyuchi Natural REM Mattress ships for free via ground shipping in a 18” x 18” x 48” box. In most cases, two people will be required to move the box and set up the mattress. 

Due to the size and weight of the mattress, we recommend selecting the “In-Home Setup” option at checkout. We have contracted with LoadUp as our approved service provider for this premium service which includes in-home setup in the room of your choice plus removal of your old mattress, if needed. 

  • If In-Home Setup is selected, you will receive an email from LoadUp upon purchase to coordinate a setup time that is convenient for you.

Shipping Method - Flat Rate Price

  • UPS Ground (5-7 Business Days)- $8 (Free on Orders $300+)
  • UPS Express (2-3 Business Days) - $49

The free ground shipping is applicable to the qualifying merchandise amount of your order before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For example, if we are offering free shipping for orders of $300 or more, you must meet the $300 value after any promotions have been applied and before any sales tax has been applied.

Non-Coyuchi items purchased from the Brands We Love section may not qualify for free shipping even if the $300 threshold is met. We appreciate your support of these emerging artisanal brands who share our mission of creating a healthy and beautiful home.

Return any item* within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return within 180 days of purchase for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s). Even if it's been washed or worn.

If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?

Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well. Please select the promotional item when initiating your return here. 

If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.

If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our trade support team at design@coyuchi.com with your order number to discuss return options. All trade account returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

For orders placed on J. Crew, Anthropologie, and Madewell, please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@coyuchi.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure accurate processing. For orders placed through any other third party, please contact your original point of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
