If you don't love it - if you don't find it to be the purest, coziest and most beautiful item in your home - simply send it back.
- Return any item within 30 days of purchase* for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
- Return any item within 1 year of purchase* for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s).
Coyuchi for Life subscription items are guaranteed for quality. Please contact Natural Home Advisors to return damaged or defective items.
For purchases made at coyuchi.com, please complete our Return Form and include with your return. If you purchased from another retailer including Coyuchi at Point Reyes Station, please contact them directly for assistance with your return. Purchases made at Coyuchi at Point Reyes Station must be returned back to that location with a receipt from the original purchase. If you purchased from a retailer (not on coyuchi.com), please contact them directly for assistance with your return.
Gifts and Exchanges
Gift returns will be issued a store credit. Note 'GIFT' in order number field. We do not make exchanges, but your store credit allows you to purchase any item of equal or lesser value that is available on our online store.
Accounts must have a Coyuchi Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued prior to sending. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Subscribers may contact our Natural Home Advisors for warranty returns.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving at our distribution center. Select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, monogrammed items, buy to order, etc.
