Striped Wool Blanket
Sheep pastured in the cool mists of Canada produce the dense, cozy wool that's used to weave this blanket. To complement its heirloom quality, it gets classic style from three slim stripes at the top and bottom and whipstitching all around.
Our wool is sourced and woven in Canada.
Read our blanket guide in our blog Naturalista.
Our wool blankets are machine washable in cold water, on delicate cycle. Use mild liquid detergent; do not bleach. Heat can damage wool fibers. Air-dry flat; do not wring or twist. Store wool blankets in a tightly sealed bin or heavy plastic bag to protect against pests; add cedar chips for extra protection. Please refer to the product tag for more specific instructions. I bought it as a gift for a friend who has sent rave reviews--she said it reminded her of blankets from her childhood.

It's an honest good blanket , the extra one you need when is not yet too cold. As a throw would be to coarse. I love the stitches at the edge and the overall organic look.

Nice "blanket throw" but too thick
The throw size blanket is ultimately too thick for the small proportions of a throw. With all the fuzz the fabric feels nearly half inch thick. It's also a little coarse for a throw that most people want to be on the smoother side. I returned mine and got the wool/cotton blend throw which is both soft and half as thick.
