The Art of Yarn-Dye

What is yarn-dye?

Yarn-dyes are woven from color-infused threads, making it possible to create everything from bold stripes to intricate patterns with exceptionally fine detail. And because the dye penetrates right to the heart of each yarn, those rich strokes of color stay vibrant, wash after wash.

The new Monterey Duvet Cover is loomed of soft, yarn-dyed organic cotton, the textural weave makes it feel substantial but not heavy, for year-round comfort and the dobby-woven pattern inspires the coast.

Our new Fall 2017 Pacific Grove Collection is made with yarn-dyed organic cotton to ensure the color will stay true wash after wash. The subtle highs and lows of the weave give it visual interest from every angle.

The Spirit Rock Collection's gray and blue stripes are dobby woven from yarn-dyed cotton for pleasing detail and texture and lasting quality.

The Lost Coast Collection features Clay yarns to give bold, rich strokes of earthy orange to the bed.

Our classic Rustic Linen Blanket has wonderfully soft and nubby texture, and is yarn-dyed for long-lasting stripes of color.

The yarn- dyed, woven arrowhead design on our Arrowhead Coverlet and Throw reverses colors from one side to the other, lending interest to the turned-down bed or letting you change the entire look with a quick flip. Arrowhead gets its amazing drape and texture from organic cotton woven with a touch of linen.
