We chatted with Mary Ellen Skye, a professional hair dresser, blogger and mama to-be on how she makes time to treat herself while balancing her many responsibilities. 1. You can never go wrong with an at-home spa night! I love taking a bath and filling it up with oils and bubbles and candlelight -- nothing takes the edge off more. Oh, and a good face mask!
2. I’m a big fan of my morning time, so for me, making something yummy and treating myself that way is always a perfect start! I open the shades to let the light in and play some fun music while I make waffles or quiche. I love to see how long I can stay in my Coyuchi PJs and Waffle Robe before starting my day.
