Jonathan Simons began crafting spoons as a young apprentice carpenter in the late 1970s. Over the years, he has refined his designs and expanded his offerings to include all sorts of kitchen tools, each one still carefully made by hand. Working from his studio in rural Kempton, Pennsylvania, Jonathan and two other artisans – brothers Shawn and Neil Claypoole – use beautiful, durable cherry wood to craft utensils that feel wonderful in the hand and function beautifully in the kitchen. In a too-often disposable world, we love knowing that these spoons will pass from cook to cook for generations. Shop our Limited Edition Box featuring Jonathan Spoons here.
