1. 1. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: Revive Your Routine From Coyuchi, Hatch, HigherDose, Lunya, Ourself, The Hoxton, The Studio EMS, and WTHN Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 30, 2024 and continues through 11:59 PM PT on September 15, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of COYUCHI, Inc., Hatch Baby, Inc., HigherDose LLC, Lunya LTD, GLO Pharma, Inc., Ennismore International USA., Inc., The Studio EMS, LLC, and Body Point Holdings, LLC. (the “Sponsors”), the Sweepstakes administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or household members are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

If you’d like to enter without being added to the Sponsors email databases, please email your entry to Richard.Massie@thehox.com with your legal name, email, DOB and Revive Your Routine in the subject line by/before 11:59 PM PT on September 15, 2024.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about September 20, 2024 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the drawing. 

5. VERIFICATION: The Prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) weeks of the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors assume no responsibility for undeliverable email resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by email service providers or for insufficient space in the user's account to receive email. Return of any email or prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.

6. PRIZES: Eight Grand Prizes

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold the Promotion Entities harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of the prize, including without limitation any claims for personal injury (including death), property damage, or violation of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity and/or other proprietary rights. The Sponsors are not responsible for any delay in the availability or delivery of a prize for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, delays due to health risks or governmental restrictions, such as those that may be implemented to mitigate COVID-19 transmission) – no confirmed winner nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of such delay. The prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination is final and binding, and cannot be challenged or appealed. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. CLAIMS MAY NOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. No more than one (1) prize stated in these Official Rules shall be awarded.

8. GENERAL RULES: Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsors are not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If an entrant submits more than one (1) entry, and/or if the Sponsors suspect that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. Any suspected use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such entries by such methods. Survey/Sweepstakes may be canceled, modified, terminated or suspended if infected by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside the control of Sponsors which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the survey/Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process or who harasses any other entrant or any Sponsor representatives and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the survey/Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation/termination, a random drawing will be held to select the Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received (if any) prior to the time of cancellation/termination.

9. RELEASE OF CLAIMS (CALIFORNIA): Each entrant acknowledges that there is a possibility that, subsequent to their involvement with this Sweepstakes and adherence to these Official Rules they may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time agreeing to these Official Rules, and which if known by them at that time may have materially affected their decision to enter this Sweepstakes. Such entrants acknowledge and agree that by reason of these Official Rules, and the release contained in the preceding subsections, they are assuming any risk of such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims.  Such entrants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and, as such, hereby have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

10. DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate this Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that this Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/provincial/territorial or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis or governmental restrictions implemented to mitigate a public health crisis  (e.g. ZIKA virus or COVID-19), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential Winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' or legal fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of State of California, USA or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California, USA.

12. PRIVACY POLICY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to the Sponsors’ collection and usage of their personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
